Last Show of the '09 season this Saturday...

I hope one and all were able to get out there this Black Friday Weekend and take advantage of the wicked deals going on by the numerous retailers doing just about everything to get you in their store. Some were just silly.. silly to pass up.

This is just a quick reminder that we will be having our last public appearance this Saturday, December 5th, 2009 at Milford High School..the show starts at 9am and runs until 3:30pm. This craft show has a little bit for everyone so, get there early for the best selection!

See you Saturday!

We're back online!

I am proud to announce that after a six month hiatus, we are once again accepting orders on our website; www.twincreekfarm.com

Numerous people were wondering why we were not taking order and in a few cases, whether we were gone forever. Here's a quick summary.

For about seven years, I dreamed of hiking the Appalachian Trail. For five years I tried extremely hard to make that dream a reality. As most people can appreciate, life seems to get in the way of the things we want to do, especially ones that require such a large time commitment (five to six months.) However, it was mid-2008 that I decided that I was going to make a real, serious attempt to 'thru-hike' the trail. Sacrifices had to be made, both in my private life and within the company. So, finally on April 1st, 2009 I found myself on an airplane heading for Atlanta, Georgia and on to Springer Mountain, the southern terminus of the Appalachian Trail.

Many, many, many rainy days, five months and five days, actually, and 2,178.3 miles later, I would find myself atop Mount Katahdin in Baxter State Park, Maine. A dream of a lifetime, fulfilled.

So, now I am back, having fun playing/experimenting in the kitchen, eating wonderful, happy, healthy, non-dehydrated food and preparing for the fall show season.. life is good.
